Meet Our Director
Odirile Tony April graduated and qualified with the Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the IIE’s Varsity College (also known as Emeris). He also attended law school at the Law Society of South Africa’s Legal Education and Development (LEAD), where he completed a programme of structured coursework for Practical Legal Training. Odirile completed his Articles as a Candidate Attorney at Mokoena Thabile Attorneys (Pty) Ltd. Apart from his work within the legal profession, Mr. April has got experience working with individual persons and businesses in other positions he has occupied in the past.

Kingdom Legal Solutions is founded on the value of relentlessly seeking after Righteousness and an undeniable passion for the law. We, therefore, belief that quality legal services should be accessible, practical, and client-focused. Kingdom Legal Solutions was established to help individuals and businesses navigate legal challenges with confidence. We recognised the need for legal professionals who do not only have knowledge and understanding the law, but also value the following; (a) Love – in that they are sound in character and deal with all people with fairness and compassionate, (b) Truth – in that they understand that there is always only one Truth and it is not ambiguous, but we ought to be the light and have integrity, (c) Unity – in that they understand the people behind every legal issue and aim to usher them into the Family. Therefore, since our inception, we have remained committed to delivering professional legal solutions, building lasting client relationships, and helping our clients protect what matters most.
Currently, as a legal consultancy company, we only provide legal assistance in matters that are non-litigious. This means that we currently do not provide solutions to legal problems or disputes that require its resolution to flow through the court system. We are currently not admitted attorneys which means that we are not in the position to handle disputes, matters or solve issues which only an admitted attorney may handle. As legal consultants, we can assist in solving non-litigious issues (or transactional/advisory work) which focuses on resolving legal issues without going through the court system. Our services involve legal consultations, drafting contracts, agreements, wills, negotiations, and other preventive legal actions to avoid disputes or resolve legal issues amicably. Other non-litigious work that may fall under the scope of what only an admitted attorney, notary or conveyancer can do, we do not provide. These involve the administration of a deceases estate, drafting of an antenuptial agreements, conveyancing, etc.Get in touch with us and find an answer for your questions.
